| Duncan has more than 20 years of experience with new ventures and alliances across a wide range of broadband technologies: networks (DSL, satellite); services (VOD, music, mobile connectivity); and enabling technologies (DRM, WiFi). He is currently engaged with portfolio companies in the digital media sector. Prior to VantagePoint, he was a founder and senior executive at several prominent start-ups including SkyPilot Networks, Covad Networks and InterTrust. Before joining InterTrust, Duncan was Managing Partner of Gemini McKenna. He is a graduate of Brown University in Physics-Mathematics (BS) and the University of Michigan Law School (JD). |

He has also held key marketing and engineering roles in VLSI Technology and Intel, respectively. |

Arun has had several successes from companies such as Sage, TrueSpan, and Armedia. He is also an advisor to several early stage companies active in the Digital Consumer space. Arun has an MSEE from the University of Southern California and a BSEE from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Arun holds several patents issued by the US-PTO. |
